4 tents of Yazidi refugees burned down in Al-Sheikhan camp

This week there was another fire in the Al-Sheikhan camp, where Yazidi refugees and displaced persons live. As in hundreds of other cases of fires of tents of displaced persons in various camps in Iraq, the fire occurred as a result of an electrical fault. According to local media reports, four tents and their belongings were completely burned, there are also victims, but, fortunately, there are no fatalities.

It is mentioned that since the resettlement of Yazidi refugees on 08.03.2014 and until today, many of the displaced persons have died due to similar cases of burning tents in IDP camps in Kurdistan and Iraq.
