“My mind is dead because of what ISIS did to me 5 years ago’ shares an elderly Yezidi woman who was held hostage by Islamic State terrorists for 12 months.” the elderly woman said.

This is one of thousands of stories ... real life experiences of some of the most recent arrivals to Australia, the Yazidis. Alas, there are many such stories, someone is waiting for their family, someone is being treated for wounds inflicted by ISIS. The most characteristic thing is that they still have hope for a better life no matter what. However, the world's political elite pretends to understand this problem and help them in every possible way. But is this true? If we look at the camps where the Yazidis live and what conditions they live in, it is more correct to say that they survive in harsh conditions. Then the question we asked above answers for itself. How long will there be hope in the hearts of these people who must survive in other equally harsh conditions after the genocide?
