Another Yazidi girl captured by ISIS terrorists was rescued

The head of the Department for the Rescue of Abducted People by ISIS militants said that another Yazidi girl was rescued, and the number of rescued people reached 3,574 people.

The head of the CPF Directorate, Hassan Kaydi, said at a press conference:

"The CPF Directorate, with the support of Yazidi informants, conducted an operation to rescue a Yazidi girl D.A., abducted and captured for 9 years by ISIS terrorists, (full name is not disclosed in order to further release other people), who had been held by ISIS since 2014".

The head of the Rescue Service of the abducted Hassan Kaydi said that at the moment the number of rescued is 3,574 people, the rescued girl is 23 years old, she hails from Shangal, at the time of the abduction she was 14 years old.

Without revealing the location of the rescue, Kaidi stated that they would try to rescue several more people and, if they were rescued, their names would be revealed.

Hassan Kaydi also stated that the Iraqi government "did not help the CPF in any way in rescuing Yazidi girl.
