Yazidis face a number of challenges, including so-called reconciliation, which coincides with the return of displaced persons to their homes.

There is no doubt that the continued return of Yazidi IDPs to their homes in Shangal, where more than 1,500 families lived, is welcome for the idea of return. But there are a lot of questions and problems facing Yazidi refugees.

From time to time, some raise the issue of so-called reconciliation in order to forget what happened in August 2014 as a result of THE Isil invasion of Sinjar, with the help of neighbors of Arabs, Kurds and Sunni Turkmen who participated in the genocide and extermination of Yazidis, killing men, capturing their wives and daughters, and looting their villages and cities.

Let's be realistic, reconciliation with those whose hands are covered in Yazidi blood is impossible, and justice will not be achieved unless they are legally held accountable.

At the same time, THERE are ISIS patrons who want the Yazidis to sign a Memorandum of reconciliation.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the Yazidis to submit proposals and a number of requirements in the reconciliation document in order to ensure the public interest and avoid recurring problems in the future, including:

- First, the representation of anyone who participated with ISIL in the extermination of the Yazidis or in any way supported them, after the clans declared their innocence.

- Third, the creation of new areas in Sinjar in preparation for submitting a formal request to the government of Iraq to transform it into a Governorate, whose security and administrative responsibility are in the hands of Iraq.

Among all these demands on the Yazidi minority, there is nothing good for the Yazidi population. The state even offers compensation to some members of the traveling community for the purpose of bribery.
