Minister of immigration Evan Faek Jabro, accompanied by Prime Minister's advisers Dr. Hisham Daud and Dr. Hussein al-Hindawi and state official for labor and social welfare of IDPs, local Yazidi organization employee Khaled Khalil, representative for the allocation of quotas for Yazidis in the house of representatives Saib Hadar, Governor of Nineveh Nadogo al-Jubouri.

A study visit to the Sinjar region, West of Nineveh, to identify the needs of returning Yazidi displaced families and coordinate with all parties to develop a mechanism to facilitate the return of the remaining displaced families to their Homes. Providing living conditions for returning families in areas previously controlled by the ISIL criminal group. The Minister said in a statement during a joint press conference with the Governor of Nineveh and the Prime Minister's advisers that "despite the coronavirus that is affecting the entire world and Iraq in particular, in addition to the financial crisis, the Prime Minister is paying special attention to Sinjar so that the remaining IDPs in the camps return to their cities and villages and overcome all the difficulties and obstacles that prevent their return. Obstacles include security and other social problems, in addition to the lack of work opportunities and services in the region. The Minister said that their votes will reach the Prime Minister and the job will be done."

Families of Yazidi refugees from Sinjar have appealed to local and Central governments through a delegation to speed up assistance and compensate those affected by the barbaric attacks of ISIL.
