Yazidi community of Oldenburg took part in the annual city festival. Yazidis are a unique and colorful people with a rich cultural heritage. Their participation in the festival is a great opportunity to share their culture and build bridges with different communities.

Representing their culture, Yazidis displayed the traditional dress of their people. Yazidi men usually wore a white shalwar-kamiz (baggy pants and long shirt) with a white turban, while Yazidi women wore long flowing dresses.
