A meeting of local Yezidi emigrants took place in the Yezidi House of Oldenburg, the main theme and reason for the event was the issue of the construction of the Yezidi temple "Nishan" at the Yezidi cemetery in Oldenburg.
Kamel Hadida Ezdin and his son Ezidihan Kamel presented their project of the temple. The project and drawings were also presented to present proposals and opinions to the Yezidi diaspora. For their part, the participants presented several opinions on architecture, which enriched this project. Some questions were also discussed about the mechanism of implementation and implementation of the construction of the temple, it should be noted that the largest diaspora of the Yezidi people lives in Oldenburg.
Oldenburg became a refuge for the Yazidi people after the war and the ethnic cleansing of the Yazidi population in Iraq and Syria in 2014.
Oldenburg is a multinational and multi-religious city, where there are temples, a mosque, and a synagogue, now it will be possible to have a Yazidi temple, because a Yazidi cannot exist without a spiritual beginning.
