Recently, in our Yazidi community, we have witnessed the emergence of many talents in various fields.
Most of our young people have begun to show creativity considering the complex and intractable circumstances in which the Yazidi community lives. We are talking about aspiring writers, activists, as well as poets, directors, media journalists, talents in scientific fields, in culture and art, all of them can become famous personalities if they are interested in them and develop their talents. Since recently, the society has become very interested in talented people, their development, because this is the bright future of the country.
There are positive aspects that we need to be aware of and apply:
I advise the community to support successful Yazidis so that their success does not weaken. When a gifted person creates something beautiful and does not see the approval of his community, his thoughts become negative.
It is necessary to see in people not only negative, but also positive sides. We all have mistakes, and we make them sometimes – this is quite normal, as the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said: "Mistakes are what teaches a person."
As for criticism, criticism is a beautiful thing in this life, so let your criticism be constructive, civilized, and not offensive and inappropriate. Criticism is like a bridge, which means that you must always build bridges between yourself and others.
