Third part of the agreement includes:

We call on the international community to supervise the training and equipment of the local security forces that will be formed. We also demand the European Union to play a major role in training and arming these forces.

- The geography and population density of Sinjar district and its special time require that its structure be changed from one district to a governorate and in accordance with Iraqi law.

- The administrative subordination of Al-Qahtaniyah and the Yazidi villages belonging to the Ba'aj district changed to be part of the Sinjar district now or (Sinjar governorate later) and the administrative level of the town of Kocho was raised to the district.

The agreement must include timings.

- It should add to the agreement a special focus on transitional justice, the removal of remains from mass graves, and support for the peaceful coexistence of all the components of Sinjar.

- The agreement should further define an economic plan to rebuild the stricken Sinjar. We suggest the establishment of a special national international fund and a reconstruction committee that includes representatives of the Yazidi people and other components of Sinjar.

Once again, the formation of a tripartite committee between Baghdad, Erbil and Nineveh Governorate without the participation of the Yazidis will not achieve its goals. Therefore, the committee must include representatives of the Yazidis and other components of Sinjar to participate in making decisions that concern their future, in order to deliver a message of reassurance to the population that the genocide and tragedy of August 2014 will not be repeated.

In conclusion, we affirm that the Yazidis are one of the indigenous peoples of Mesopotamia and have their rights as citizens of Iraq. We are not giving up our hopes and aspirations for freedom, security, democracy and equality. We hope that the Federal Government of Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq will understand the concerns and pain of the Yazidis in a spirit of brotherhood and are ready to build a new Sinjar for all the components of Sinjar.
