In Armenia, in the Yazidi temple "Taûsê Melek û heft Mêrê Dîwanê", the music of the Çarşema Serê Salê festival was played for two days, reflecting the greatness and beauty of the Yazidi culture.

On 16 April, guests gathered in the courtyard of the Yazidi temple complex had the opportunity to dye eggs, the main symbol of the Charsham Sare Sale holiday. Later, under the light of the departing sun, wicks (çira) were lit, bringing the light and warmth of the holiday.

The next day, at the Taûsê Melek û heft Mêrê Dîwanê Shrine, the clergy led prayers and sang religious hymns, thus blessing all those present.

After the religious part of the holiday was over, melodies of songs of the Yazidi people were played. Performances by a children's ensemble, congratulations from representatives of the clergy and honoured guests filled the atmosphere with a festive mood.

The events held at the Taûsê Melek û heft Mêrê Dîwanê Shrine attract many visitors every year, strengthening the bonds between the Yazidi people and reaffirming their faith in a bright future. This festival not only marks the beginning of the new year, but also symbolises the power of community, tradition and faith, which never lose their importance and beauty.
