President of the Republic Barham Saleh met with the head of the United Nations investigative group on bringing to justice for the crimes of ISIS at the Al-Salam Palace in Baghdad. He stressed the need to document the crimes committed by ISIS and collect evidence to strengthen responsibility for the crimes committed by ISIS.
It is very important to bring to justice those involved in terrorist crimes. To prevent the sources of their financing and ensure that those involved do not go unpunished, thereby preserving the rights of victims and preventing the recurrence of such a crime on a religious basis, which is recognized by the entire civilized world as the genocide of the Yezidi people. Conduct monitoring related to mass graves of the Yezidi population.
