Deputy Saeb Khadr, a representative of the Yazidi people, constantly monitors the needs and problems of the residents of Sinjar and the Nineveh plain, including compensation, which is considered an important aid for the Yazidis. A compensation office will be officially opened in Sinjar district to facilitate the promotion of transactions for Sinjar residents and provide basic services for returnees to Sinjar, as in other areas of Nineveh province. Financial assistance to the Yazidi people is needed to start a new life almost from scratch after the genocide and the destruction of cities and villages in Yazidi districts.
