In the same year, he got a job as a teacher at a local school, worked as a chemistry teacher for three years. Since 1989, he has been working as a school principal in the village. The school has 36 children. They learn well, thanks to the hard work of teachers.

Although Sergey Choloyan noted that the salary of teachers is very small, although the question of raising the salary was raised. Children learn both native and Armenian, Russian and English languages.

The village, which is located between the mountains, lives an ordinary village life. Residents raise cows and sheep, horses for grazing. Residents are also engaged in soil cultivation. The terrain of the village provides a good environment for animal husbandry.

Speaking about the problems of the village, Sergey noted that one of the primary problems is roads. They are in very poor condition. The road was built back in 1986, and has not been repaired since. The distance to the main highway is three kilometres. Cars often break down on the roads, due to the large pits formed over the years. Especially difficult to move on roads in winter, sometimes you have to resort to the old methods of movement, to teams. The road is cleared of snow, but the rock and strong winds do their job. Because of this problem, there are a number of other problems, in particular, ambulance travel, food purchases, teachers ' arrival at school - says Sergey Choloyan.
