Review

Ajie Jndi is one of the oldest Ezidish writers , folklorist and literary scholar. In prose, he works mainly in the genre of short story. The novel "and spring came" -the first major work of the author

The novel is based on the difficult fate of the Kurds, Yazidis, who migrated from Turkey to Russia at the end of the XIX century.

The author wants to convey to the reader how life was in the Kurds and Yazidis during the Soviet era and through that had to go for the sake of freedom. Also memories of the past smoothly merge with thoughts of the author about a duty of the person before the homeland.

As you know, at that time the duty to the Motherland was above all. And here we can emphasize how the author wanted to show the struggle of the Kurdish mentality with integration into society under the auspices of the Soviet mentality.

The main characters in this novel is the glorious son of the Kurdish people Fedor Lytkin-Ferika Polatbekov. Poet, Bolshevik and revolutionary these three words convey the spirit of the protagonist, who helped the Soviet power to take root in Siberia. The author was able to convey to us all his idea throughout the book.
