Following the completion of the monitoring report on government activities in the Kakhtaniya region, the Yazidi Organization Youth Bridge carried out similar work, but on a larger scale in the Kairavan region and its suburbs, including the Talbanat and Talkasab complexes, as well as a group of 16 neighboring Yezidi villages, under the project ( Increased civic engagement and improved government performance in the post-ISIS phase in Sinjar) funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The monitoring groups investigated and considered the problems facing the Kairavan district and documented everything and believe that at the moment the problems in general are as follows:

3-Lack of government programs and plans to restore these regions;

4-The region's Difficult geographical location, which has made it a target for political manipulation;

5-Weak social cohesion and sectarian strife;

6-Neglect of the electricity and Sewerage sectors and refusal to restore them;

7-Lack of hospitals and medical centers in these areas;

8-Lack of educational institutions such as schools, institutes, and kindergartens;

9-Lack of all service departments in these areas, such as electricity, agriculture, municipalities, water supply and Sewerage, sports, culture, parks ... etc.
