Amin Khader, Yazidi, a resident of Sinjar, who was left without a home, without a former life, sits next to the wreckage of his house, which was demolished by ISIS, puts stones on stones, and imagines how soon he will rebuild his house. After all, Yazidis were promised compensation for the construction of houses, so they do not lose hope.

With excitement in his voice, Amin says that their neighbors are adherents of ISIS, fought against civilians destroying Yazidi villages, their names appeared in published lists and there are witnesses to their crimes, but they received compensation from the state among the first: "And we, the victims, barely surviving Yazidis should go to state institutions, begging collect documents within 6 months, prove to officials that we are victims. We are not terrorists, we are their victims, but at the same time we are being checked by security agencies, and ISIS families receive compensation within a week. Is this justice? Our houses were not made of straw and clay, they were made with a solid foundation and made of bricks, but ISIS burned and undermined them to the ground so that we would never return to our ancestral lands.

In addition to all this, the government criticizes Yazidi officials who dare to object to the issue of compensation and relocation of ISIS families to Yazidi areas of residence".

The representative of Sinjar appealed to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani with a request to link the Sinjar district directly with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to get rid of the existing administrative routine and that Yazidi residents of Sinjar receive the compensation they are entitled to.
