International conference held in Tbilisi
On September 9, the national parliamentary Library of Georgia hosted a conference and presentation of the organization "Heavenly culture, world peace, restoration of light" (HWPL). Our organization "Cultural center of the Yazidis of the Caucasus" was invited to participate in this conference. The event was also attended by representatives of the state University. I. Chavchavadze, teachers and students of the prestigious English-language school of Tbilisi Cervantes Gymnasium Aia-Gess, civil activists, public figures and students from different universities of the country.
At the meeting, a documentary film of the organization was shown, which told about the main goals, directions and future plans of the organization HWPL. In addition, teachers and students of the English-language school made a speech. It should be noted that the teacher of this school Tamar Lolishvili is a representative of HWPL.
The purpose of the organization is to develop and disseminate peacekeeping education throughout the world. The organization started its way under the auspices of the UN and are NGOs. They have representation in countries such as Poland , Germany , France , Lithuania , Armenia, etc. HWPL has the desire to cooperate with Georgia on the level of state institutions. In order to achieve this goal, they addressed an official letter to the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili. At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the organization wrote a letter to the President of Georgia and urged her to cooperate with HWPL.
The organization gave its book "True Story"to the University library. Ilia Chavchavadze.
