According to US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan, the US is always looking for ways to partner with the Georgian Defense Forces, the Ministry of Defense to increase Georgia's capabilities and its compatibility with NATO.

The Ambassador noted that the United States is working closely with Georgia to increase the country's capabilities on the way to NATO.

According to Kelly Degnan, the United States is Georgia's strongest supporter in NATO.

"It is very important that Georgia's leaders have the opportunity to talk to allies and NATO leadership so that there are ways we can all help Georgia move forward on its path to NATO membership. This requires the work of the Georgian government and the continued support of the United States and other NATO allies. They all want to see Georgia progress toward the NATO path to the secure future that Georgia wants and deserves", Degnan said.
