With the permission of the Lord, and Tousey Malaka, we, the spiritual Board of Yazidis of Shangala, reject the appointment of the Emir of Mr. Hazem, for the following reasons:

1) he Was elected to the post of Emir not by Yazidis, but by a narrow group of people who are associated with a political party.

2) Hazem considers himself a Kurd, not a Yazid, and for his ties with the Kurdish political party. For this reason, he also can not be the Emir of Yazidis.

3) the Emir is the Yazid whose mother and father are from the family of Emirs. Mr. Hazem, the mother of the family of the Emirs, and he cannot be the Emir of the Yazidis.

4) the Emir must wear a beard according to Yazidi religious laws, which does not make Mr. Hazem.

There are still some reasons why the Yazidi community in Iraq does not want to recognize Hazem Bega.
