After the fighting began in Syria, especially in the city of Afrin, a large part of the Yazidis, numbering 250 families, were forced to emigrate to Lebanon to survive, but today, seven months after they remained in Lebanon, they are appealing to the Yazidis of Iraq and around the world to help them improve their lives and the lives of their children.

Recently, a video was posted of a group of Yazidis who migrated to Lebanon. They turned to Bawе Shekh and the Emir of the Yazidis to help them because of the tense situation in Lebanon, they live in difficult living conditions, do not receive assistance and cannot work because there is unemployment in the country. They can't provide for their family. Many of them cannot pay for the rent of their homes, feed their children, buy milk for newborns, and many children are deprived of the opportunity to study and cannot go to school: "We still adhere to our religion, customs and traditions, and we will remain so, and all we ask is that you help us if possible to send us help to facilitate our existence." Jafar Kandall, one of the refugees, said

Manan Jafar Kandall continued his speech by saying: "I wouldn't be surprised if some of these Yazidis leave their religion to survive."

He added: "It is impossible to return to Syria, because we are being persecuted there."

In conclusion, he said: "We call on Yazidis around the world and all charities and humanitarian organizations to intervene to save us from this difficult situation.
