The development of a person as an individual is of key importance for the whole country, the whole people, for the state, because a person is a part of the country, a small part of the state and the more developed he is physically, morally, from the point of view of education, culture, the stronger the state.

The state can be effective and dynamically developing only where the personality is comprehensively developed, developed in all directions, therefore the only condition for the development of the state is a free personality.

A person should have all natural rights, this is the right to choose faith, religion, ideology, the right to relate himself to a particular social group, identity. The state should not put a person in a certain framework and only where a person has freedom of choice, freedom of action, has freedom of development in one direction or another, there the state will develop rapidly and have not only a prosperous future, but also a developing present. Since in the modern world we have a market economy, which consists of individual enterprises and entrepreneurs, respectively, freedom, improvement and the possibility of comprehensive development of people determines the successful future of the state.

It is also necessary to emphasize that the state should be open to all people, regardless of who these people are, for example, if a foreigner wants to move to the country, the state should welcome this, help such people as much as possible, integrate them into its society, since this is both population growth and new taxpayers, consumers and producers goods, works and services. As we know, additional consumption stimulates demand, so the state should be open to new people, to new ideas, because people who live in other countries have a different culture, their own ideas of development and the addition of their population with new people will give impetus to development, as new technologies, new ideas, new forms of entrepreneurship will come to the country and services, which will have a very positive impact on the economic situation in the country. If a person feels free in any country, then people from all over the world will come to such a country, feeling that there are conditions for development in this country, there is freedom, pluralism and democracy.
