Iraq: Cabinet of Ministers discusses the situation in Sinjar
The Council of Ministers of Iraq held its regular meeting and discussed many topics, including the situation of the Sinjar district, the place of residence of the Yazidi population and the implementation of the law in the judicial system.
The Council of Ministers rejected and condemned the attacks on the judiciary. The heads of the security service provided an extensive report on the situation in Sinjar.
The Cabinet of Ministers condemned the unilateral military actions that harm the peaceful Yezidi residents, the Iraqi lands should not be used to settle accounts with any party.
A few days ago, the Prime Minister of Iraq was on a visit to Sinjar to see the problems of the Yazidi people and the implementation of the law and the judicial system and find a solution to them.
