At the same time, according to the press speaker of the Prime Minister, the export of medical products in the country remains limited, we are talking about products that are necessary in the fight against COVID-19.

"In addition, after may 23, the following restrictions still apply: in a restaurant, bar or cafe, customer service on site, as well as the operation of hotels at this stage is limited, with the exception of quarantine zones. Trade in clothing and footwear is still restricted, with the exception of online purchases. The functioning of so-called malls and markets is also limited, except for those agricultural markets that are already functioning. The functioning of sports and cultural facilities and events of this kind is restricted. Gambling and winning games can only be conducted electronically, " the Prime Minister's spokesman said, adding that at this stage restrictions on public transport will remain in place.

Since March 31, quarantine restrictions have been tightened, the country has established a curfew — citizens were forbidden to go out from 21: 00 to 6: 00.

A total of 723 people were confirmed to have the coronavirus in Georgia. Of these, 495 patients recovered – more than 68% of the total number of cases registered in the country. Currently, 216 cases remain active. 12 people with COVID-19 died.
