Starting from may 1, we are actively checking whether companies are ready to implement the recommendations of the Ministry of health in the fight against the spread of coronavirus. This was stated by the head of the Department of labor inspection of the Ministry of health of Georgia Beka Peradze.

"According to the schedule announced by the government, we will test as many companies as possible to see if they are ready to implement the recommendations of the Ministry of health, as well as inform them so that no problems arise during the next scheduled monitoring," Peradze said.

According to him, in 10 days, the Agency checked 8561 objects with the involvement of various agencies. This is a fairly high figure for this period, when the Ministry provides intensive information and recommendations on what they should take into account during planned monitoring, " Peradze said.

Starting from may 11, all types of production, as well as the operation of retail and wholesale trade facilities are allowed in Georgia, with the exception of clothing and footwear stores, as well as large shopping centers – malls. Car washes and service stations are also being torn off, and repairs of household goods and equipment are available. At the same time, companies must strictly follow the recommendations of the Ministry of health.
