The Anti-Corruption bureau is planning to check the property declaration of 30 opposition MPs of the Parliament and Tbilisi City Council

Due to the high public interest and high risk of corruption, the Anti-Corruption bureau is planning to check the property declarations of additional 30 opposition deputies of the Parliament of Georgia and Tbilisi City Council.

According to official information, the Anti-Corruption Bureau will check the property declarations of the following officials: Members of Parliament: Teona Akubardia; Salome Samadashvili, Gela Mikadze, Aleksandre Mosrelia, Tariel Nakaidze, Ana Natsvlishvili, Herman Sabo, Khatuna Samnidze, Gubaz Sanikidze, Davit Usupashvili, Bachuki Kardava, Ana Tsitlidze, Armaz Akhvlediani, Giorgi Botkoveli, Ana Buchukuri, Giorgi Godabrelidze, Paata Manjgaladze, Giorgi Vashadze , Ketevan Turazashvili, Abdula Ismailov, Manuchar Kvirkvelia, Davit Kirkitadze, Tamar Kordzaia, Iago Khvichia, Teimuraz Janashia. Council members: Irakli Nadiradze, Sofia Japaridze, Salome Kobaladze, Saba Buadze and Tsotne Koberidze.

For information, in January, the anti-corruption bureau decided to check the property declaration of 300 officials. During the current year, due to high public interest and high risk of corruption, the anti-corruption bureau plans to check the property declarations of members of the Georgian government, members of parliament, the highest representative body of Adjara and Abkhazia, and members of the government.
