What does Cema mean?
Cema means “assembly.” An assembly or communal gathering; the word also occurs in the name of the great autumn feast.
Ritual practice varies across Şengal, Şêxan, the Caucasus, and diaspora communities. This lexical entry identifies the term; it does not prescribe observance.
