What does Êzdîxan mean?
Êzdîxan means “Yazidi homeland.” A cultural and political expression for the land or collective homeland of Yazidis; its scope depends on speaker and context.
Community and identity language is sensitive to speaker, region, and political context. Variants are recorded without treating one contemporary identity position as universal.
