Tbilisi hosts Georgia-Saudi Arabia business forum
Tbilisi hosts the Georgia-Saudi Arabia business forum. Levan Davitashvili, the First Vice Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, opened the event along with Khalid Al-Falih, the Minister of Investments of Saudi Arabia.
The forum featured a presentation by Mikheil Khidureli, the director of Enterprise Georgia, who highlighted the investment environment and opportunities available in Georgia. The discussions at the forum covered various investment opportunities, with panel discussions focusing on sectors such as tourism, real estate, and Georgia’s potential as a hub in transport, logistics, and energy.
Within the forum, delegates from both nations exchanged the memoranda of cooperation in key areas such as agriculture, energy, and cultural relations.
Approximately 300 delegates attended the forum, representing the Georgian government, legislative body, Saudi Arabian governmental and business delegations, and Georgian business circles.
