Yazidis of Armenia held festive events in honor of the coming year

An event dedicated to the upcoming new year was held in Armenia on the territory of the Yazidi temple complex.

The holiday was held in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, creative figures performed on a small stage installed near the Christmas tree, children read poems in their native language and received cherished gifts from Santa Claus.

There were a lot of children at the festival, so the atmosphere was especially joyful and of course, it was not without the Yazidi dancing to the national rhythms.

The organizer and sponsor of the event was Yazidi philanthropist, public figure Roman Mirzaevich Sloyan. It is remarkable that in such a difficult time Roman Mirzaevich finds time and strength to do something for his people and makes efforts to unite the Yazidi diaspora of Armenia.
