To date, the world has found itself in a very difficult situation, when there are wars, conflicts, confrontations of different states, systems and political regimes, the problem is that there is no competitive model that could offer such a system that can meet the needs of people, their needs in different spheres: social, economic and spiritual.

The wars that are going on in the world today have such a basis as injustice and the lack of productive and effective solutions to various issues of national, regional and global scale. Today is the time when a new model of the state, a new model of civilization, a new system that can meet the demands of people, both in the spiritual and economic spheres, should appear. It is this model that will be competitive, viable, will enjoy the support of people and will stand in any crisis situations.

The state should serve the interests of the people, the state should be such that every person, every citizen and even a foreigner who lives in this country feels this very state is their own, they are ready to protect it, because this state gives them benefits: spiritual, cultural and material, when the state provides you with work, decent pension provision, high-quality healthcare, reliable security system.

You also need to pay attention to morality. Any state in its activities should be guided by the moral values of society and protect them. The state should build relationships with people so that people see this state as an honest and reliable partner. There should also be no corruption, because corruption makes the state weak and vulnerable. Corruption is a threat to the national security of any state. Where there is corruption, there will be no good. And why is there corruption? Because there are a large number of officials in the power of the states, unlimited permissiveness, the absence of "social elevators", the lack of transparency in the state apparatus, all this creates the ground for corruption. Also, the threat to the national security of any country is the copulation of business with the state, and after all, business should not be engaged in state affairs. In order to engage in public work, you need to have a certain competence, education, training, then such work in the state will be effective, productive and effective.

The state should be neutral to every person, regardless of religion, identity, ideology, each person should be his own for the state. People should see the partner state, the "partner state" has a future, today the world needs such a partner state.
