The situation near the administration of the Government of Georgia in the center of Tbilisi escalated – the police began to withdraw protesters from the territory.

Representatives of the "Home to Europe" movement remained in place throughout the night. They demand the resignation of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and the creation of a technical government of "national accord", which will carry out all the reforms necessary to grant the country the status of a candidate for EU membership.

By this morning, there were several dozen people near the office. The number of the police force is many times larger.

The day before, the demonstrators promised to meet Garibashvili with a noisy protest – he should hold a government meeting closer to noon.

The police pushed the demonstrators away from the main entrance to the building, some were taken out of the territory altogether. One of the organizers of the action, Shota Digmelashvili, called on the audience not to resist and obey all the instructions of the Interior Ministry staff.

Earlier today, activists from the Sirtskhvilia movement reported a provocation by the Georgian special services. They claim that an employee of the State Security Service demanded that the demonstrators disperse "in 5 minutes", promising otherwise to "detain everyone."

Currently, the action continues – the protesters are whistling and beating drums, waiting for members of the Cabinet. The rally takes place without incident.
