According to the head of the National Assessment and Examination Center Sofio Gorgodze, exam preparation has been completed and all 22 centers across the country are ready to accept applicants.

An open day was organized for media representatives at the 177th Public School of Tbilisi under the leadership of Sofio Gorgodze and they were introduced to the examination process procedures.

The unified national exams of 2022 will begin today on July 4. Centers opened throughout Georgia will serve up to 90,000 registered examinees this year.

Registration in all twenty-two examination centers will begin simultaneously at 08:00, and the exam will begin at 09:00. Registration for the second session starts at 14:00, and the exam starts at 15:00.

"All technical devices were checked with the involvement of all our employees, the so-called simulation of the entire examination process - we call it a dress rehearsal. Examination centers will open today from 6 a.m., we are waiting for applicants of the morning session from 8 o'clock and applicants of the afternoon session from 2 o'clock,"- Sofio Gorgodze said.

In parallel with the Unified National Exams in 2022, the National Center for Assessments and Examinations will administer a unified master's exam and a grant competition for students, as well as a subject/professional skills exam/senior special teachers’ exam.

The Center once again reminds all examinees that information about the address of the examination center, the date of each exam, the start time of registration and other important recommendations are indicated in the examination card. It is important that the examinee shows up for each exam on time, with an identity document and an examination card.

After the registration is completed, applicants will not be admitted to the exam.

This year, all the centers are also equipped with a cooling system and the necessary infrastructure. Ambulances, rescue service and patrol police will be mobilized on the territory of the examination centers.
