Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi received a Yezidi delegation of Sinjar residents

Prime Minister Mustafa Al–Kazemi received a Yezidi delegation consisting of the National Security Adviser, the Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, the Chief of the National Security Apparatus, and the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to explanations about the security and living conditions of the Yezidi minority and the state of law enforcement agencies in the region, as well as about the difficulties and problems faced by the local Yezidi population there. The Yezidi representatives informed the Prime Minister about the most important requirements presented by the delegation.
Mr. Al-Kazemi stressed the importance of stabilizing and strengthening aspects of the normal course of life and economic and social activity of people, the judiciary, as well as the loss of opportunities for remnants of terrorism.
Kazemi added that the agreement, which was concluded earlier in Sinjar, is aimed at ensuring that the Iraqi state remains united, the people should support the government and eliminate mistakes made in the past.
The Prime Minister instructed the binding authorities to speed up the completion of the procedures for the creation of the Sinjar Reconstruction Fund and to include in the next law on the federal budget several representatives of the judicial system as part of law enforcement agencies.
