«Ezdina» Foundation is holding the second session within the framework of the project "We want them all to be among us" in the city of Kamyshly

«Ezdina» Foundation organized the second session of dialogue with the families of those missing because of the conflict in Syria within the framework of the project "We want them all to be among us."

The participants of the meeting, which included 17 people from Yezidi families whose members went missing during the Syrian war, discussed the problems faced by the families of the missing in the search for their relatives, and the role of civil society organizations.

At the end of the dialogue, the participants made several proposals, which included:

- Punishment of all criminals and persons responsible for kidnapping;

- Strengthening the work of international organizations working with the cases of missing Yezidis;

- Allow the media to cover and report full information about the missing;

- Investigation by security agencies of crimes committed by terrorists.

The participants demanded that all the warring parties comply with the agreements concerning the armed conflict and that all international parties bear their responsibility for the fate of the Syrian people, oblige all warring parties to disclose the fate of the missing and provide organizations with access to the prisons of all warring parties.

It is noteworthy that «Ezdina» Foundation has launched a new project in the north and east of Syria called "We want them all to be among us", starting from November tenth to December tenth next year, to highlight the problems of missing persons during the conflict in the Syrian Republic.
