The fourth visit of the NATO Military Committee to Georgia confirms NATO's unwavering support for Georgia. NATO and Georgia have a unique partnership that will only strengthen over time," Admiral Rob Bauer, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, said after a meeting with Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze.
He spoke about the close ties between NATO and Georgia and noted that the partnership has always been mutually beneficial. In this regard, he focused on Georgia's greatest contribution to the mission in Afghanistan, as a non-NATO partner.
The Admiral stressed the sacrifice that Georgia has made in the peacekeeping mission.
