In Tbilisi, hundreds of techno lovers will be allowed on the dance floor for the first time in 20 months to explore the possibilities of easing covid restrictions. This is reported by the organizers of the event on Facebook.
The experiment will be conducted by the famous Khidi, which, like all other nightclubs in Georgia, stopped working in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. On October 8, Khidi will start a 16-hour rave. Residents of the club and representatives of the new wave of the Tbilisi scene will perform at the party.
The project called Open Culture: Khidi is of a research nature. Its goal is to assess the risks of the spread of coronavirus indoors and thus create an action plan that will help restore the club and festival industry.
The organizers will observe security measures, so not everyone will be able to get to the party on October 8. They will only let you into the club:
* Fully vaccinated citizens (at least two weeks must pass after the second vaccination);
* Those who have had coronavirus in the last six months;
* The bearers of a negative response to a PCR test conducted in the last 48 hours.
"On October 8, for the purpose of preventive health check of guests, a special application will be used, which will provide identification of the covid status of guests. To check the status, you should register on the web page https://covidpass.moh.gov.ge / and get a unique bar code," the organizers say.
To participate in the pilot event of the club, you must present three mandatory documents:
* pre-generated on the website https://covidpass.moh.gov.ge / unique bar code;
* online ticket to attend the event;
* identity card.
The organizers warn that on-site testing is not carried out. The event will not be allowed:
* Persons with a negative response to a rapid antigen test;
* The printed version of documents confirming the passage of preliminary testing or vaccination is not accepted.
Providing personal data in the process of purchasing an online ticket for a pilot event automatically means agreeing to the terms and conditions of participation in the study.
Each user will have the opportunity to purchase only two tickets. There is an age-restricted face control at the entrance.
