In Germany, under the motto "one destiny and one people", a conference was held with the participation of representatives of independent Yazidi organizations united by faith, identity, history, and heritage of the Yazidis.
All participating associations agreed to establish an International Federation of Independent Yezidi Organizations to unite, build Yezidi rights and search for fundamental solutions to a just cause.
At the event, the Board of directors was elected, such committees as secretarial, legal, financial, public relations and media relations committees were formed, which will work to provide the necessary materials and tools for the dissemination of information.
The Conference pointed out the need to draw lessons from the campaigns of extermination of our religion throughout history, the latest of which is the barbaric campaign of ISIS, with a serious and continuous struggle at all levels to convince the peoples and the whole world to recognize the genocide of the Yezidis, to end the injustice and oppression imposed on our Yezidi people inside Iraq, and to keep the Iraqi Government from the consequences of neglect and marginalization, deliberate non-recognition of the rights of the Yezidis, as other national minorities in Iraq.
The conference also addressed the increasing migration caused by the 2014 genocide in Iraq and Syria.
ISIS attacked Shangal and the Nineveh Valley in order to destroy Yezidi towns and villages, and the Yezidi people in general. The entire male population was killed in cold blood, Yezidi women and children were raped and taken into slavery. All these criminal acts took place at a time when the entire civilized world calls the era of freedom, human rights and democracy.
These are false slogans that have nothing to do with the reality of human development in the world.
