The main goal of the program is to improve infrastructure and sustainable development, especially for people with disabilities, women and children.
Also, the purpose of the program is to increase the tourist attractiveness of Georgia. In particular, it is planned to invest in the development of environmental and adventure tourism in Zugdidi, Mestia-Ushguli, Telavi, Gurjaani and Akhmeta.
"Sustainable urban development and infrastructure improvements are important for multilateral economic growth. It will also help the country to fully utilize its unique tourism potential, " said ADB urban development specialist Ramola Naik singru.
According to him, this debt will enable the government to carry out the most important work to preserve the rich cultural and historical heritage, develop small and medium-sized businesses and improve the quality of life of citizens.
