The President of Hungary visited Georgia. Janos Ader will be visiting Tbilisi on a two-day official visit.

The high-ranking Hungarian official was met at Tbilisi international airport named after Shota Rustaveli by representatives of the presidential administration of Georgia and the foreign Ministry.

The official part of the meetings will begin on September 5. Early in the morning, the President of Hungary will have an official reception at the presidential residence, after which Janos Ader will meet with his Georgian counterpart. The presidents will discuss key issues of political and economic relations between the two countries, including an expanded format, after which the parties will hold a press conference and answer questions from the media.

"This is the first visit of the Hungarian President to Georgia. There is an intensive work schedule. Political, economic and cultural issues will be discussed. We have very good, friendly and intensive relations with Hungary, and today's visit is proof of that. Politically, Hungary is an active supporter of our Euro-Atlantic integration. It actively supports Georgia's integration into NATO and the EU, " Georgian Ambassador to Hungary Zaal Gogsadze said.

According to him, the conversation will also focus on economic projects and cultural ties. During the visit, Janos Ader will also visit the occupation line.

The meeting is also scheduled in the legislature. Janos Ader will be received by the Chairman of the Parliament Archil Talakvadze.

The visit will also include a visit to an exhibition of miniatures created for the" knight in tiger skin " by the famous Hungarian artist Mihai zici. Janos Ader will also lay wreaths at the memorial of the fallen heroes in the struggle for the unity of Georgia.

The Hungarian President arrived in Tbilisi with his wife Anita Herceg and will leave the country on September 5.
