Sharif Suleiman Ali, a Yazidi MP in Iraq, said that despite the fact that the Iraqi parliament does not recognize the genocide of Yazidis, injustice and isolation towards them by those responsible for the political process continue. Which is an injustice and marginalization of the Yazidi minority by those responsible for the political process for not granting national and constitutional rights to the indigenous Yazidi minority living in Iraq. Although the Constitution of Iraq states: "All Iraqis are equal before the law without discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, origin, skin color, religion or belief."

The Yazidi people are one of the main components of the Iraqi people, the high population density and parliamentary representation in the House of Representatives gives them the right to grant them a ministerial position in the next Iraqi Government.

Respect for the suffering of the Yazidis, most of whom currently live in displaced persons camps in Kurdistan, where there are more than 300,000 Yazidi citizens displaced as a result of the attack and invasion of ISIS on its territory in 2014, not to mention the murders, captivity, rape and genocide suffered by the Yazidi minority, with the recognition of many countries of the world and their parliaments, with the exception of the Iraqi Parliament, which did not recognize this issue, despite all this, a series of injustice and marginalization continues, injustice and exclusion on the part of those responsible for the political process, which is considered negative for the legitimate, constitutional and patriotic right towards the Yazidi people.
