The Kurdish Barzani Charitable Foundation reports that it recently delivered humanitarian aid to displaced families in the Yezidi district of Sinjar in the Iraqi province of Nineveh. But the fact that the so-called "aid" is the remnants of humanitarian aid from European countries is silent. Everything that was delivered to displaced persons is everything that could not be sold at local markets or is already overdue.
According to the head of the local office of the foundation, the Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan, Masrour Barzani, personally instructed to send humanitarian aid to the families of displaced persons living in the Sardashti camp near Mount Sinjar.
According to the official, the delivery includes 40 liters of kerosene and one truck with flour.
Is this not a mockery of the Yezidi refugees and displaced persons in Sinjar?
Sardashti camp was established in 2014, when ISIS attacked the Sinjar district, and people fleeing from terrorists fled to the camp.
In October 2020, Erbil and Baghdad reached an agreement to normalize the situation in Sinjar in order to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their homes. However, the Federal Government has not yet been able to implement its plans.
