Dialogue of public organizations on human rights with the Yezidi residents of Qamishli

A group of public organizations participated in the organization of an event dedicated to the International Human Rights Day, which falls on the tenth of December every year.
The event, which was organized in the Reading Garden Hall in Kamyshly, included the screening of short films and documentaries. A dialogue session on human rights was held with the participation of the Ashti Center, the Network of Women Leaders for Peace, the Sara Organization, and the Shavishka Association.
The administrator of the Shavishka Center, Najla Tammo, said that the short film shown during the event imitates the real life of many persecuted people around the world. Those who have experienced racial discrimination, inequality, murder, enmity, and slavery in all its manifestations. The Yazidi population of Iraq and Syria fell under all these criminal acts committed by ISIS in 2014.
