The ruling Georgian Dream considers the opposition actions insignificant and declares the need for a radical change in the agenda.

On November 8, the opposition announced the start of a protest movement demanding the transfer of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to a civilian clinic, his release and the appointment of early parliamentary elections. Rallies are held regularly in different cities.

"Our response to the imitation of chaos will be to fulfill our promises to society. Our promise was to radically change the agenda in the country. Society is tired of the constant confrontation of political actors, it is interested in the development of the country," said Irakli Kobakhidze, chairman of Georgian Dream.

He added that now their team will have to respond to challenges in the field of foreign policy, economy, health, education, and social policy. As Kobakhidze stressed, "all healthy political forces and representatives of the public should join this process." He added that from next week the parliament will return to active work, and deputies will have to consider a lot of projects interesting to society.
