Outlet Village shopping Center to be built in Georgia

Georgia has marked the beginning of the construction of the Outlet Village shopping center – this project unites outlet stores of world-famous brands built in a special architectural concept resembling a settlement.
The Tbilisi Outlet Village shopping center was designed by the world-famous Spanish architectural company L35. The complex of shops will be built in the suburbs of Tbilisi. The center will have its own parking for 2 thousand cars.
The project cost is 70 million lari.
The first part of the Tbilisi Outlet Village project is planned to be implemented in 2022.
At the first stage of the project, 12.5 thousand square meters of commercial space will be built, which will accommodate 70 international brands of the middle and high segment, and at the second stage 7.5 thousand square meters will be added for 40 new brands.
After the construction is completed, the total area of the Tbilisi Outlet Village complex will be 20 thousand square meters and will represent 110 brands. The creators of the project were the companies Georgian Outlets & Resort Group and TORG-The Outlet Resource Group.
"Outlet Village will open in Tbilisi in a year and will serve both local residents and millions of tourists visiting the country," Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at the presentation of the project on the territory of the Economic Zone of Georgia (EZO) in Tbilisi.
The Prime Minister laid a symbolic capsule with investors and partners of the project.
"Domus is implementing this very important project, the cost of which is about 70 million. This is a direct investment. We are very pleased that after the opening of this shopping city, two thousand people will be employed. 500 people will be employed in the construction, " Garibashvili said.
