The ruling Georgian dream party held a presentation of the top twenty of its party list in Mtatsminda Park.

"The victory of the Georgian dream in the elections will bring every citizen peace and a better life. The victory of the "Georgian dream" is a guarantee of stable development of the country. The victory of the Georgian dream is a Victory for Georgia, " party leader Bidzina Ivanishvili said at the presentation.

"Our updated and experienced team is a guarantee that our country will be able to fully overcome the problems caused by the pandemic as soon as possible, as well as continue further development, which will ensure the level of well — being, freedom and security of every citizen," party Executive Secretary Irakli Kobakhidze said at the presentation.

As it turned out, the list includes well-known political and public figures, as well as diplomats and professional athletes. The principle of greater representation of women candidates in the list has also been observed. Forecasts that billionaire party leader Bidzina Ivanishvili will be the first number on the list did not come true – he is not on the list.

The list is headed by the current chief Executive, Prime Minister George Gakharia. He is also named the party's candidate for Prime Minister if he wins the election.

Maka Bochorishvili-diplomat, former Georgian Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg;

Shalva Papuashvili is a lawyer with many years of experience in non-governmental organizations;

David Kacharava — professional Rugby player;

Nikoloz Samkharadze-international relations specialist, associate Professor at Tbilisi state University;

Georgi Khelashvili-diplomat, former Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United States, Director of the parliamentary research center;

Mariam Lashkhi-former head of the international relations Department of the Georgian innovation and technology Agency;

Beka Davituliani is a member of the Tbilisi Sakrebulo (city Assembly).

Parliamentary elections in Georgia will be held on October 31. Citizens of Georgia will choose 150 deputies – 120 on party lists, and another 30-in majority single-member districts. The entry barrier for parties will be 1%. 3,501,931 Georgian citizens in the country and abroad have the right to vote in these elections.
