"Armed groups in Afrin kidnapped three Yazidi women a few days ago and took them to an unknown destination," Ali Isav, Director of the Ezedina Foundation, said on Friday.

He added: "Two of the abductees live in the village of Burj Abdo, one is an elderly woman and her 20-year - old daughter. The third is a 22-year-old girl from the village of Kemar."

Isav called on the international community and human rights organizations to immediately intervene "to rescue the abductees and put an end to repeated human rights violations", including the rights of Yazidis in the region who are being harassed and attacked.

The Supreme spiritual Council of the Yazidis called for intervention and expressed its opinion to the world.

The new kidnappings are taking place in the light of the international community's silence.

Radical regional organizations in Syria are interested in these crimes.

According to Yazidi human rights defenders and activists, in total, more than 20 Yazidis were abducted in these areas. In the territories where the Yazidi community lived and there were Yazidi villages, they are evicted from there and populated by Arabs.
